Ride Home Welcome to U.P. Cruising, a motorcycle rider's road map to cruising Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Probably best known for its great fishing and snowmobile trails, little has been written about motorcycling in Upper Michigan. U.P Cruising is changing that. Spanning 360 miles, Upper Michigan is sandwiched between three of the Great Lakes. Riding across the peninsula, one is never far from a beautiful beach, scenic waterfall and Upper Michigan's unique history. This website documents some of my road trips across the peninsula since my return to motorcycling. It also talks of places I’ve been, but yet to ride. Throughout this site, you'll find information on motorcycle roads, events and places to stay and eat on your rides. Before taking your road trip through Michigan's Upper Peninsula, you might want to check out our Motorcycles Welcome section to find businesses and organizations who are welcoming bikers to Upper Michigan.
